7 Ways To Stay Positive In Life



1. Focus On Yourself 


Sometimes we get carried away by things that should not concern us. Whether be it somebody else career or relationship or even behavior. We tend to behave like others or in a way that pleases others. We get pissed off in life just because someone else have a better lifestyle or job than us.  The moment you stop competing with others and start competing with yourself, your life progress.   Just remember that we are not born to please everybody. Just be yourself and the right people will like you.

2. Eliminate all negatives


There are so many things that can spoil your mood. It can be people, it can be media or it can be even you. Ignore people who bring your mood down with their pessimistic and apprehensive behaviour. Sometimes the negative influence can be you itself. People tend to stay in their past and forget to move on. Of course we should learn from the past, but not be slave to your past.
 

3. Stop Overthinking


One thing that prevents from being ourself is overthinking. Thinking is good but on the other hand overthinking creates stress. It will never help us to create a better decision rather it will confuse us more. So stop overthinking and start living.

4. Help Others 


Scientific studies shows that helping others increases life satisfaction, boosts happiness, improves our mood and reduces stress. Always try to give a small portion of your income to people who need them the most. Helping need not be always financially, it can be in the form of a smile, kind words, or even your presence can spread happiness. Participating and volunteering in social work are also ways in which we help others.

5. Take Criticism Positively 


A world without criticism is just an illusion. Criticism can be good as well as bad. It is you who have to decide which is good and which is bad. Never allow a criticism to push you so down that you fail to see the dreams again. Do not react as soon as you hear it. Allow yourself sometime to think over it and if it was right make changes otherwise just kick it away!

6. Eat, Pray, Exercise and Sleep 

These are the four habits that we should incorporate in life. Eat a healthy and balanced diet. Research shows that drinking the right amount of water increases energy and relieves fatigue which helps you to feel great and happy! Pray regularly. Pray that you have the courage to face all the difficulties and challenges that will be put forth to you. Exercise not to have a zero size but to stay healthy. Sleep at least 7- 8 hours a day.

7. Spare some time for yourself 

Enjoying yourself is one of the best way to stay positive. Spare some time for yourself. Read or listen to music. Learn something new. Show out your talents be it cooking, singing, dancing, writing, photography, crafting or anything. Share your talents with others in any social media. You will definitely feel proud of yourself.
